Pick Up & Drop Coordinator – Automobile Industry
Job Description:
The Pick Up & Drop Coordinator is responsible for arranging vehicle pick-up and delivery services for customers, coordinating with drivers and service teams, and ensuring timely and safe vehicle movement. The role focuses on customer convenience, proper scheduling, and smooth coordination between customers and the service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding service timing and vehicle status
- Coordinate with drivers and workshop teams
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of customer vehicles
- Maintain vehicle movement records and customer details
- Handle customer queries related to pick-up and drop services
- Ensure proper documentation during vehicle handover and delivery
- Support the service team in daily operational activities
Qualification:
- Plus Two / Any Degree
- Must possess valid 2-Wheeler Driving License
