We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, handle online bidding, acquire clients, and contribute to business growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other B2B channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for SaaS products/services.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
- Handle end-to-end client communication from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for project discussions.
- Maintain healthy client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
- Build partnerships and strategic collaborations for business expansion.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in SaaS sales or online bidding.
- Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, and proposal writing.
- Understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, IT sales, or business development.
- Experience in international client acquisition is preferred.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
