Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will assist customers in selecting the best travel experiences, convert inquiries into bookings, and build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and experiences.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing personalized travel solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, tour packages, pricing, and industry trends.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with potential leads.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
