About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Associate( Business Development Executive | Academic Counsellor | Sales Executive | Senior Academic Counsellor) to join our growing EdTech team. The role focuses on student enrollment, relationship building, inside sales, business development and driving revenue through effective sales .
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and parents on courses and career paths
- Convert leads into enrollments through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Participate in webinars, events, and outreach activities
- Lead Counselling
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree / Masters
- 0–1 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech is a plus) or Freshers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable with calling, and follow-ups
