- Handle counter sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily stock counting, verification, and stock responsibility.
- Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Keep display cases clean, well-organized, attractive, and secure.
- Develop thorough knowledge of Gold & Silver jewellery products to confidently answer customer questions.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain proper product handling and security procedures at the counter.
