Job Responsibilities
- Handle trip clarifications by coordinating with the operations team to verify trip records and flag discrepancies
- Follow up on pending trip documentation and ensure data is accurately captured and updated
- Manage pantry and office supply inventory - track stock, raise requisitions, and keep the office stocked
- Handle courier pickups, deliveries, document filing, and general office upkeep
- Support the team with printing, scanning, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors or building management for minor office maintenance needs
- Be the go-to person for general office requests
Requirements
- 1–2 years in an admin, office support, or operations role; freshers with the right attitude welcome
- Comfortable with data entry, record-keeping, and follow-ups - accuracy is essential
- Proficient in WhatsApp, email, and basic MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-sufficient - this is a high-volume clerical role requiring consistency over creativity
