Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker & Barista to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh baked products, maintaining quality standards, and serving coffee and other beverages. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes for layered desserts, and other bakery items.
- Operate coffee machines and prepare layered beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock requirements.
- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
- Assist customers with orders and provide a positive service experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in baking and basic barista operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays if required.
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience).
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
