Position Overview A Junior STEM Trainer supports the delivery of STEM programs by assisting in teaching, handling basic projects, and engaging students in hands-on learning activities. Key Responsibilities Training Support Assist in conducting STEM sessions (Robotics, Electronics, Basic AI) Support senior trainers during classes and workshops Help students in building simple projects (LED circuits, sensors, robots) Ensure students understand basic concepts through practical learning Hands-on Activities Assemble and test basic electronics and robotics kits Support Arduino-based beginner projects Help in setting up classroom experiments and activities Prepare materials required for sessions Classroom & Lab Support Maintain STEM lab equipment and kits Ensure proper handling and storage of tools Assist in organizing lab space before and after sessions Support during exhibitions, demos, and school events Coordination Help track student attendance and basic progress Communicate with senior trainers for planning sessions Assist in workshop/event execution Required Skills Basic knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Arduino Interest in teaching and working with students Good communication and patience Willingness to learn and adapt Qualifications Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech (Pursuing or Completed) Freshers or 0-2 years experience Preferred Skills Basic coding (Arduino / Scratch / Python) Experience in STEM kits or school programs Interest in AI, robotics, or innovation Key Attributes Energetic and enthusiastic Good with kids Team player Quick learner
