Job Summary
The Senior PC (People & Culture) will be responsible for driving employee engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring cultural compliance across all branches. The role involves planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating with branch representatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace aligned with the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Engagement
Drive the organization's People & Culture initiatives across all branches.
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events.
Promote company values and create a positive work environment.
Gather employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and morale.
Cultural Compliance
Monitor and ensure implementation of People & Culture standards across branches.
Coordinate with Branch PCs/SPOCs to ensure cultural initiatives are consistently executed.
Conduct periodic culture audits and share observations with management.
Track participation and compliance with cultural programs and initiatives.
Branch Coordination
Act as the central point of contact for branch-level People & Culture representatives.
Provide guidance, support, and training to branch coordinators.
Ensure timely communication and execution of organizational initiatives across locations.
Employee Experience
Support employee onboarding by introducing company culture and values.
Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace experience.
Address employee concerns related to engagement and workplace culture.
Communication
Prepare monthly reports on engagement activities, participation, and cultural compliance.
Coordinate internal communications for festivals, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Share best practices across branches to strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR or MBA (preferred).
Experience
4–8 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, People & Culture, or Organizational Development.
Experience managing engagement initiatives across multiple locations is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
