- Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers
- To Improve Distribution Network
- Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 1 month
- Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network
- Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
- Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
- Visit to Dealers as per PJP
- Market mapping to increase counter share
- Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including PJP / DSR / MIS etc.
