Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. This role will focus on crafting intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling experiences across EnKash’s platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- User-Centric Design: Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging interface designs.
- Research & Usability Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to continuously improve product experience.
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across product journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
- Design Consistency: Maintain and enhance EnKash’s design language and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving product needs.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, workflows, and user-centric design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design practices.
- Experience in prototyping and validating designs through user testing.
