- Handling administrative requirements of the company.
- Supervising contract facility management team i.e. Housekeeping, Pest control and Electrician.
- Ensuring hygiene and upkeep of facility.
- Handling of General administration (Pest control, café, stationary, Power, Water etc.)
- Assets Management of the company.
- Follow up with the payments with the vendors and process for the payments.
- Handling the Record Management. ·
- Organizing the internal events as per the company requirements.
- Planning of monthly review meeting with vendors.
- Ensuring no major facility/transport escalation when in shifts and handling of mails and complaints.
- Ensuring 100% compliance and doing internal audit of the process.
- Ensuring Food festivals, fun and sale activity and making cafeteria a vibrant place.
- Preparation of monthly/weekly reports for Manager review.
- At least 8+ year experience in office administration.
- Must be capable of handling all admin related activity independently.
- Must be flexible with timings, including night shifts.
- Computer skills.
- Graduate.
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Must have handled team.
