We are looking for an experienced Senior Floor Supervisor for our Fabrication Division.
Department: Production / Operations
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Supervising daily fabrication shop floor activities
✔ Handling fabrication manpower and work allocation
✔ Monitoring production progress and operational discipline
✔ Coordinating with production and quality teams for smooth workflow
✔ Ensuring timely completion of fabrication jobs
✔ Maintaining safety, productivity and shop floor management
Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in fabrication shop floor supervision
✔ Ability to manage manpower and daily operations
✔ Knowledge of fabrication workflow and production activities
✔ Leadership and team coordination capability
✔ Good communication and operational management skills
Pay: ₹10,980.51 - ₹27,383.49 per month
