Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (Hindi) to develop, review, and enhance high-quality educational content in Hindi. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over the Hindi language, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to create engaging, error-free academic content aligned with educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and edit Hindi educational content for various grades and learning modules.
- Ensure content accuracy, grammatical correctness, and alignment with curriculum standards.
- Create question banks, worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, and answer keys.
- Collaborate with the content, curriculum, and quality assurance teams.
- Proofread and validate Hindi content before publication.
- Conduct research to ensure updated and relevant educational material.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide subject expertise for curriculum improvement and content development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi, Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Hindi content development, teaching, editing, or curriculum design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Good understanding of CBSE, State Board, or other educational curricula.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EdTech, Publishing, or Education industry.
- Knowledge of instructional design and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
