Job Description – Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing matters requiring the Director's attention.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and effective communication.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents with the highest level of discretion.
- Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, transport, and logistics for the Director and official guests.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and briefing documents for conferences, seminars, and official engagements.
- Monitor deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups on key assignments and projects.
- Organize official events, board meetings, committee meetings, and campus visits.
- Handle correspondence with government bodies, regulatory authorities, vendors, and external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain office records and ensure systematic documentation.
- Perform other administrative and executive support duties assigned by the Director.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior management.
- Experience in an educational institution, university, corporate office, or large organization will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
