Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
