Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand customer preferences (gold, diamond, silver, budget, occasion)
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations
- Build long-term customer relationships
2. Sales & Targets
- Achieve daily / monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items (e.g., matching sets, accessories)
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, or discounts
3. Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, and pricing
- Explain purity (like 22K, 18K), stones, and certifications
4. Billing & Transactions
- Assist in billing process and payment handling
- Ensure accuracy in invoices and customer details
5. Store Management
- Maintain display cleanliness and arrangement
- Ensure security of jewellery items
- Monitor stock and inform about shortages
6. After-Sales Service
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, or complaints
- Guide customers on jewellery care and maintenance
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Good presentation and grooming
- Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, gemstones)
