Olive is hiring a Legal Manager to lead and manage legal affairs across contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, corporate governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate commercial, lease, vendor, partnership and other legal agreements.Drive regulatory compliance across RERA, labour, tenancy and other applicable laws.Manage litigation, disputes and external legal counsel.Support corporate governance, statutory records and entity compliance.Provide legal advisory to Business Development, HR, Operations, Finance and Real Estate teams.Identify legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.What we're looking for:LLB qualification; LLM is an advantage.Licensed to practice law in India.4–8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house.Experience in hospitality, co-living or related industries preferred.Strong commercial and property-law expertise, drafting and negotiation skills.
