Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of prototype solutions that align with user needs and technical constraints.
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive user interfaces.
- Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies to validate design decisions.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform iterative design improvements.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles to understand technical feasibility and constraints.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
