Job Role - Service Engineer lead - maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment. They might be needed to install Mechanical & Electrical equipment diagnosed and resolve the issue.

*Responsibility Deliverable
1.Communicating with the customer to ensure that services are being delivered effectively.
2.Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.
3.Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Mechanical / Electrical equipment.
4.Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers.
5.Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
6.Ordering and stocking materials as needed.
7.Providing clear customer feedback.
8.Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
9.Writing reports on a regular basis and presenting findings to managers.
10. Field job per day different location visit in all Bihar Region.
*Education & Experience
. Diploma/B. Tech/ B.E in Mechanical & Electrical field
. 1 - 3 years of work experience in Industrial Equipment & Machinery Industry (Preferable)
