Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and record day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare journal entries, invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and support financial reporting requirements
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during statutory and tax audits
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of accounting records
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities
Requirements
- CA Inter qualified or M.Com graduate
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
