This is a high-ownership, client-facing Consulting and Training role at the intersection of Sales Excellence and
Capability- building. As an Associate Consultant & Trainer, you will be part of the core Project Delivery Team,
working closely with Team Leader (Consulting) across all phases of client assignments (from Proposal- writing
through to on-ground implementation)
Our projects span Observational Research, Sales Process design, Policy Development, Ways-of-Working
frameworks, and structured Training Programmes for client sales and service teams
Please Note: This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working directly with clients, and
finds genuine satisfaction in driving measurable business outcomes. If you are looking for a 9-to-6 routine, this role
will not be the right fit, as our work is driven by client success
You will contribute across all five phases of the consulting engagement lifecycle:
1. Project Acquisition phase: Understand client requirements, study industry data, write crisp, powerful &
convincing proposals
2. Project Initiation phase: Do data analysis, make field-visits to study as-is processes & generate business
insights
3. Solution Development phase: Work with the internal team & client team to develop solutions to the business
problems
4. Project Delivery phase: Develop reports, presentations, training program content etc. Train client
Sales/Service teams
5. Post-project (Implementation) phase: Drive implementation for results
Business Development Activities: Identify potential business opportunities, support lead generation
initiatives, participate in face-to-face client meetings and business discussions, assist in follow-ups, proposal
discussions, and relationship-building activities
What are we looking for in a Candidate?
Knowledge & skills
- Strong Business Sense (Good understanding of Sales, Marketing & Distribution)
- High Curiosity. Hunger to learn (Heavily into reading Management related books)
- Structured thought-process
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PPTs, Word) and analytical skills
- Excellent Communication (written + verbal) & Presentation skills in English + Hindi + Marathi (+ any SouthIndian language: added advantage)
- Ability and genuine interest in delivering training programs
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
