Job Description
Bigwigs Technologies is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage annotation projects and lead a team of annotation associates. The ideal candidate should have prior annotation experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise annotation team members.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to team members.
- Train and support new hires and existing employees.
- Ensure project targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding project updates and resource requirements.
- Resolve team issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Male and Female candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Data Annotation, Image Annotation, AI Data Labeling, or related fields.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Bounding Box, Polygon, Segmentation, Landmark Annotation, or related annotation tasks.
- Strong quality management and productivity monitoring skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
