We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will own the organization’s consumer data, marketing analytics ecosystem, and business intelligence function. This role will be responsible for creating a single source of truth across app analytics, CRM, paid media, product usage, and consumer behaviour to drive business and marketing decisions.
The ideal candidate should have previously worked with a digital-first consumer brand (D2C, HealthTech, FinTech, EdTech, OTT, E-commerce, etc.) and possess extensive experience in attribution modelling, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Marketing Data Ownership
- Own end-to-end consumer and marketing data architecture.
- Integrate data across App Analytics, CRM, Paid Media, Product Analytics and Revenue systems.
- Ensure data quality, governance and consistency across all platforms.
- Build a unified customer view for business teams.
Marketing Funnel Analytics
- Define and monitor complete acquisition and retention funnels.
- Analyze user journeys from impressions to installs, onboarding, activation, subscriptions, retention and revenue.
- Identify funnel leakages and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Track CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention, Churn and Incrementality.
Attribution & Measurement
- Own attribution frameworks using MMPs and analytics tools.
- Evaluate channel performance across Meta, Google, Organic, Influencer, Affiliate and CRM.
- Recommend budget allocation based on attribution insights.
- Design experimentation frameworks and A/B testing measurement.
Executive Reporting
- Publish weekly and monthly business performance dashboards.
- Create CXO-ready reports highlighting key insights, risks and recommendations.
- Present actionable insights to Marketing, Product and Leadership teams.
- Build automated dashboards for real-time business monitoring.
Business Insights
- Identify consumer cohorts and behavioural trends.
- Recommend growth opportunities based on data.
- Support marketing strategy with predictive insights.
- Work closely with Product, Growth, CRM and Media teams.
