We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Principal of our prestigious CBSE/ICSE school in Mysore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the education sector, with a total of 20+ years of experience in the field.
Qualifications:
- Any Master’s degree
- Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal in CBSE, ICSE, or IB schools
- Proven track record of effective school management and leadership
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent team management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with the mission and values of the institution.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including academic programs, extracurricular activities, and administrative functions.
· Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and holistic development among students.
· Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality faculty and staff, providing mentorship and support as needed.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and the broader community, to build strong relationships and partnerships.
· Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, as well as adherence to school policies and procedures.
· Manage the school budget effectively, allocating resources to support educational initiatives and maintain financial sustainability.
· Communicate regularly with stakeholders, keeping them informed about school activities, achievements, and challenges.
· Stay abreast of developments in education, including curriculum changes, pedagogical innovations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the school’s programs and policies.
