About the Role
MIDNIGHT is a growing healthy-snacking brand specializing in roasted makhana and innovative snack products. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Promoter to drive secondary sales and expand our retail presence across Dehradun.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, grocery stores and other assigned outlets across Dehradun.
- Generate secondary orders and ensure regular product replenishment.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers .
- Ensure MIDNIGHT products are available, properly displayed and visible at outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Communicate schemes, promotions and offers to retailers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
- Collect retailer and market feedback.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and outlet-coverage targets.
- Submit daily market visit and sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG/food sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in the field can also apply.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with daily market visits.
- Knowledge of the Dehradun retail market will be an advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation
₹15,000–₹20,000/month + performance incentives, depending on experience and performance.
