Job Title: HR Recruiter
Qualification: MBA – Human Resources (MBA-HR)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Hospital/ Healthcare Experience only)
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation
- Maintain recruitment tracker and HR MIS reports
- Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR records
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
