We are looking for a experienced BBS Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience for Commercial Project, Tirunelveli
Skills Required
- BE / DCE (Civil)
- Experience: 2–5 Years in BBS preparation for commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per approved structural drawings.
- Verify reinforcement details, drawings, and specifications.
- Calculate steel quantities and prepare steel reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and the QA/QC team.
- Prepare cutting lists and optimize steel consumption to minimize wastage.
- Maintain BBS records and update revisions as per design changes.
- Support estimation and quantity take-off related to reinforcement works.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC drawings and reinforcement detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and steel reconciliation.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
