Working Days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays Working)
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Worli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri and other sources.
- Attendance and timekeeping management.
- Payroll processing and coordination.
- Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience in SPINE Payroll/HRMS Software.
- Labour license and statutory documentation processing.
- Employee record maintenance and HR administration.
- General office administration and coordination.
Required Skills:
- Good experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
- Knowledge of attendance management and payroll processing.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
