Core Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Archiecture preferably with experience working in Data Mesh architecture patterns
- Advanced Data Modelling knowledge (conceptual, logical and physical)
- Knowledge of Data Mesh or Domain oriented architectiures
- Good understanding of data modelling techniques preferably Dimensional Modelling
- Hands on experience working with dbt & Big Query
- Domain Knowledge around Private Market with key focus around Real Assets and Real estate.
- Strong analytical skills highly capable of driving insights and making data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align data initiatives with business objectives.
Delivery Approach & Ways of Working
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
- Use of JIRA and Confluence for delivery management and documentation.
- Proven track record collaborating effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, product and analytics.
Experience & Other
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑starter able to lead components independently while partnering closely with internal teams.
- Preferred working in Agile and scrum teams and iterative delivery
- TOGAF or any other related certification
