Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately
- Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy
- Generate reports as required
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Communicate with team members regarding missing or unclear information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management software
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Good communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Full-time / Part-time / Remote options available
- Flexible working hours depending on company policy
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
