Job Summary
Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is hiring a Food & Beverage Executive to deliver excellent guest service and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive dining experience.
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations.
- Assist in maintaining service quality and company standards.
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Support staff training and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Prepare daily operational reports as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, restaurants, hotels, cafés, or lounge bars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage guest expectations.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations is an advantage.
