Job Title: General Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B)
Location: Derabassi (Preference: Candidates based in Tricity – Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – F&B to lead and oversee overall operations at our Derabassi location. The ideal candidate should have a strong corporate background in the hospitality industry, with proven leadership skills, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end restaurant/F&B operations ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization strategies
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest experience
- Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams (kitchen, service, operations)
- Develop and implement SOPs in line with corporate standards
- Monitor inventory, vendor management, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and licensing requirements
- Analyze business performance, prepare MIS reports, and present insights to management
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies in coordination with corporate teams
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Prior experience in a corporate or multi-unit setup is mandatory
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
Preferred Profile:
- Exposure to fine-dining or premium hospitality brands
- Experience in handling high-volume operations
- Strong understanding of guest engagement and brand building
