Job Description
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility across all retail outlets.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations.
- Set KPIs and monitor team productivity.
Customer & Distributor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales management or FMCG sales.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Communication and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
