- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, payment schedules, documentation, possession timelines, and other updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, Accounts, and Liaison teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare and maintain customer files, booking records, agreements, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and required documents.
- Schedule and coordinate agreement registrations, home loan documentation, possession, and handover activities.
- Conduct possession formalities and ensure smooth handover of units.
- Maintain customer data in the CRM software and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
- Track customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement programs, events, and feedback initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility management teams for post-possession customer support when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
