Job Description:
What you will do:
- Attend and resolve customer complaints related to plumbing issues such as water leakages in flats.
- Perform shifting and fixing of water lines as required at site locations.
- Carry out temporary water connection work at sites based on instructions given by the Engineer-in-Charge.
- Ensure all plumbing tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.
- Conduct routine checks to identify faults and repair plumbing fixtures, pipelines, and fittings.
- Maintain basic documentation of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Support project teams during site handover by resolving pending plumbing issues.
- Report material requirements, damages, and shortages to the concerned engineer or store department.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures at all times.
- Provide immediate support during plumbing emergencies at the site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber in residential or construction sites
- Strong knowledge of water line installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site as required.
- Ability to follow instructions given by Engineer / Site In-charge.
