Job Responsibilities / Duties
- Design graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and websites.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video projects.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content (color schemes, typography, logos, style guides).
- Shoot and capture video and photo content as needed (where applicable).
- Edit raw footage into polished final cuts, including color correction, audio syncing, and adding music or voiceovers.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay current with design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, project files, and footage.
- Prepare files in correct formats and specifications for various platforms and print vendors.
- Incorporate feedback and revise work to meet stakeholder expectations.
Common Requirements (optional add-on)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work.
- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
