- Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

- Willingness to Travel: Required across Kerala as per business needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
* Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
* Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Analyze market trends and sales performance
* Manage key account sales and contract negotiations
* Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
* Prepare sales reports and provide market insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Management (preferably B2B sales)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
