Job description:
A Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day interior work execution at the project site, ensuring tasks are completed on time, safely, and as per drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards
- Track daily progress and report to Site Manager
- Check quality of work and ensure finishing standards
- Resolve minor on-site issues and delays
- Plan and manage end-to-end interior project execution
- Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Monitor budgets, material procurement, and cost control
- Ensure quality standards and finishing as per design intent
- Handle client meetings and provide progress updates
- Manage site supervisors and workforce
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulations
- Resolve major technical and operational issues
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Civil/Interior-related field
- 2–5 years of experience in interior projects
