· Vendor payment processing & reconciliation
· GST compliance & reconciliation
· Bank reconciliation
· MIS & management report preparation
· Ability to handle daily, weekly, and monthly closing activities
· Maintain All Branch Sales Register
· All Branch Income and Expenses
· Ensure revenue records are accurate and updated daily
· All Branch Report collection and verification
· Collecting documents related to branches all expenses and income
· All Branch Report collection and verification
· proper expense classification and approval
· Daily bank statement download
· Bank reconciliation on a regular basis
· Follow-up on unreconciled items
· Preparation of Sales & Purchase GST Summary
· GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B reconciliation
· Coordination for timely GST filings and compliance support
· Debtors ageing preparation and follow-up
· Creditors ageing preparation
· Vendor payment planning and execution
· Reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts
· Trip sheet upload and verification
· Preparation of Labour & Warehouse Cost Sheet
· Cost tracking and operational expense analysis
· Preparation of daily and monthly MIS reports
· Submission of management reports for review
· Support management with financial insights and reconciliations
Pay: ₹25,349.08 - ₹40,009.96 per month
