We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, currently working in an SEO Manager role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve keyword rankings, generate qualified leads, and enhance overall online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content structure.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Perform regular SEO audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Analyze data using SEO and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO executives and coordinate with external agencies if required.
- Drive content optimization strategies for blogs, landing pages, and educational resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience.
- Must be currently working as an SEO Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Experience managing large-scale SEO campaigns with measurable business outcomes.

- Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
