We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Manager who will own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. This role requires a strong mix of performance marketing expertise, analytics capability, and hands-on execution across paid campaigns, SEO, website management, and social media.

Required Skills & Qualification:
4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT / B2B services.
Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
WordPress
SEO tools
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns)
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing paid campaign budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage.
