Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler for a 6-month contractual assignment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks and be capable of developing and coordinating HVAC BIM models for commercial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed 3D HVAC models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules.
- Model ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, diffusers, dampers, and related components.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting disciplines.
- Generate BOQ and material schedules from BIM models.
- Incorporate design changes and ensure model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 3–8 years of experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, BIM coordination, and LOD 300–500.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
