Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates
Post job openings on job portals, company career pages, and social media.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed to search for potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate interview details to candidates.
Ensure smooth interview processes.
Candidate Relationship Management
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide updates regarding interview status and feedback.
Offer & Onboarding Support
Assist in preparing offer letters.
Negotiate salary packages when required.
Coordinate with HR for candidate onboarding.
Database Management
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Update recruitment tracking systems.
Recruitment Reporting
Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Prepare recruitment reports for management.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion ability
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Ability to screen resumes effectively
Time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
0–2 years for junior roles
2–4 years for experienced Recruitment Executive positions
Must be able to communicate with candidates from different regions effectively.
Candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,685.64 per month
