Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through phone, email, and chat.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Key Skills:-
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Customer service orientation.
Problem-solving skills.
Active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
