Senior DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer (Kubernetes)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy and maintain highly available Kubernetes infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on Kubernetes platform engineering, automation, disaster recovery, observability, networking and stateful workloads.
Must Have Skills
· Kubernetes platform engineering (kubeadm, HA, upgrades, lifecycle, troubleshooting)
· Linux administration
· Ansible automation (roles, Jinja, reusable playbooks)
· GitOps using FluxCD and Helm
· HAProxy, Keepalived, HA architectures
· Longhorn and Kubernetes storage
· Backup & Disaster Recovery (etcd, cluster, volumes, S3)
· Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ServiceMonitors
· Kubernetes networking, Ingress, MetalLB, CoreDNS, WireGuard, BGP fundamentals
· GitLab CI/CD, Docker, container registries
· Strong production troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
· Build and maintain production Kubernetes platforms.
· Automate infrastructure using Ansible.
· Implement GitOps workflows.
· Design HA and DR solutions.
· Maintain observability stack.
· Support customer deployments and production incidents.
· Develop CI/CD pipelines and documentation.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
