Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the solution architect for Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and Billing within the broader platform architecture.
Partner with Product & Technology leadership and brand stakeholders to translate pricing, quoting, and billing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Document functional requirements and produce solution architecture, system architecture, and entity relationship diagrams for the CRM ecosystem.
Configure products, pricing, product bundles, product rules, price rules, quote templates, approval flows, and discounting structures.
Design subscription and recurring revenue models, including usage-based products, amendments, and renewals.
Architect billing and invoicing flows — whether via Salesforce Billing or third-party platforms covering payment schedules, tax handling, collections, and revenue recognition.
Design and implement integrations between Revenue Cloud, ERP, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar), in coordination with integration and Data Cloud teams.
Guide buy-vs-build decisions for quote-to-cash capabilities across the multi-brand program.
Develop automation, approval processes, and guided selling logic to optimize the quote-to-order lifecycle and reduce cycle times.
Prepare configuration runbooks, lead knowledge transfer to the development pod, and support Flosum/CI-CD-based deployment practices.
Create end-user and technical documentation and conduct training for internal teams and brand stakeholders.
Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation enhancements across migrating brands, working within 5x pod delivery model.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce experience, with deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and Billing.
Proven experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations, from discovery through go-live.
Hands-on experience with Product Rationalization, Product Modeling, Quoting, subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
Working knowledge of revenue recognition setup and compliance requirements.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
Familiarity with Agentforce and an interest in applying AI-driven automation within the quote-to-cash process.
Comfortable operating within a multi-brand, multi-org consolidation program and collaborating across distributed, cross-functional pods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs for executive and non-technical audiences.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
