- Verification & Quality Check: Compare entered data against original documents to spot mistakes, resolve discrepancies, and correct errors before finalizing.
- File Management: Organize, categorize, and store physical paperwork and digital records so they can be retrieved quickly when needed.
- Database Maintenance: Update existing records, delete obsolete files, and perform regular backups to prevent data loss
