Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, returns, and basic store operations
- Coordinate with optometrists for eye check-up appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and display of products in the store
- Keep records of customer inquiries and follow-ups
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of eyewear or willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable using billing systems and handling POS transactions
