We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Hindi literature and language, and the ability to inspire students to achieve fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. You will be responsible for delivering the CBSE Hindi curriculum effectively, fostering cultural awareness, and preparing students for their board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering Hindi grammar, literature, and creative writing in strict accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Student Engagement: Foster an engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation, debate, and a love for the Hindi language.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments. Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to help them improve their linguistic skills.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students' academic progress, attendance, and holistic development.
- Parent Communication: Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student performance and provide actionable strategies for improvement.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a recognized university with
- Hindi as a subject in all three years of graduation.
- Professional: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with Hindi as one of the teaching methodologies.
- Core Skills Required
- Impeccable command over written and spoken Hindi (Shuddh Hindi).
- Working knowledge of English for internal school communication and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in modern teaching aids, smart board usage, and online learning platforms.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
